HY-TEK is installed software. Its own materials refer to “your Meet Manager computer” and networked computers, with mobile access through a companion app. RecordBoard runs in a browser on whatever device is already in someone's hand, and a field judge scoring at the pit is using the same system as the person seeding heats.

Do I need Windows to use RecordBoard?
No. RecordBoard runs in a browser, so a Mac, an iPad or a phone works the same as a Windows laptop. There is nothing to install.
Can RecordBoard work with FinishLynx?
Yes. RecordBoard exports FinishLynx start lists and imports .LIF results files, so running events move between the two without retyping anything. If you run a different timing system, ask us — HY-TEK's interface list is broader today.
